Repairs, repairs, repairs! What to do?

You want to sell but there is too much to fix.

When you end up with a house that needs a lot of work, a mortgage company may not be able to lend money to a buyer.  That is why real estate investors can be helpful.  We can purchase homes without a mortgage company and then make all the repairs in order to sell it.

Do you have too many repairs to make?

Whether repairs are voluntary or involuntary, their costs add up in a hurry. We’ve heard many stories about small home repairs turning into remodels because of wood rot and outdated plumbing. If you live in an area near lots of water, you may find yourself making more repairs than you’d like. Flooding and storms constantly keep you busy with your house. Arid places like Comal, Guadalupe, and Bexar Counties also have their drawbacks. Normally there is a lot of leveling and roof work to be done. We buy houses all of the time that require repairs.

It can very stressful finding the right handyman or contractor to get the job done if you don’t do this often.  Let an investor deal with that stress so you don’t have to and avoid costly repairs.
